It is a lot more than instant messaging or conferencing.The ability to play back a conversation and then become part of it is outstanding.Each group of any size can have invited members carry on a private group discussion.Yet there is even more : some of the members can have a "side" discussion while the others carry on and still remain in the 'loop'.It's almost like being there in the board room or restaurant ,having a single or multiple conversations amongst friens or co-workers. As mentioned,you can bring along [insert] documents,audio,video or show off pictures of your family outing or a project you are collaborating on.
