So I am now being coached by Alex Jeffreys and Dean Holland
Hi all,
This is my first ever blog post and I’m not too sure what to say but since I was told to setup a blog by Alex Jeffreys and Dean Holland I might just start to talk about them to begin with.
It was perhaps a coincidence that both Alex Jeffreys and Dean Holland started their own coaching program within a couple weeks apart. It was also a coincidence that I joined both when I learned that Dean Holland was coached by Alex Jeffreys earlier. So I’m stacking up the odds to learn from the right people to have better chance of being successful.
I’ll talk about what I’ve learned so far from both Alex and Dean tomorrow.

Living on a small island on a fjord here in Norway is a dream come true for me.
Though it’s a little silly that I have yet to get on the water with anything other then the island ferry.
You’ve reminded me to add sailing Norway to my list of targeted goals.
